Founded in 2015, Caicos Advisors LLC provides strategic advisory and capital raising services for energy and infrastructure projects across emerging markets, with particular focus on the Caribbean, Latin America, and Asia.
We help clients scope new opportunities, structure transactions, and execute complex projects across sectors including oil and gas, power generation, telecommunications, agribusiness, mining, and hotel and leisure.
We maintain deep, active partnerships with financial institutions and capital markets participants across the globe — bringing the most relevant expertise and resources directly to each transaction, tailored to the market, the sector, and the deal.
Stephen Stuart
Principal
Stephen is the founder and Principal of Caicos Advisors LLC, with over 35 years of experience in global financial markets spanning investment banking and asset management.
Prior to founding Caicos Advisors LLC, he held the position of Managing Director of the global hedge fund business at Macquarie Securities Ltd, with a focus on infrastructure, commodities, power generation, and public and private debt across Asia and other emerging markets. He has also held key roles at Soros Fund Management and Templeton International, and has been active in well over a hundred equity and debt capital markets transactions across multiple geographies and sectors.
Stephen currently serves in board and advisory capacities across the Caribbean and Asia, including an appointment by the Office of the Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas to its Private Sector Debt Advisory Committee. He is a graduate of The George Washington University.
